Application licence
Owner: Simon Rasin, Czechia. Hebrew from Scratch is distributed through the App Store. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app licence unless the App Store specifies a separate agreement. This page explains the app and course access; it does not remove mandatory consumer rights or the separate open licences of included materials.
Learning materials
The app helps you study letters, vowel marks, vocabulary and writing exercises. The basic route contains about1000 words. The alphabet, vowel-mark lessons, the first100 course words, dictionary, favourites and review are available without Pro. Pro unlocks the remaining full course.
This is a learning tool, not a language-level certificate, accreditation or promise of fluency by a particular date. Translations, examples and synthetic pronunciation may contain errors; you can report them to the developer. A teacher or authoritative dictionary can help resolve disputed meanings and stress.
Pro access
A monthly Pro subscription unlocks the full course and renews automatically until cancelled through Apple. The price, currency, period and terms are displayed before payment confirmation. The alphabet, vowel points, first 100 words, dictionary, favorites and review of learned words remain free.
New lifetime purchases are not offered. Existing Apple-verified lifetime access is preserved and can be restored with the same Apple Account. If an existing monthly subscription remains active as well, it is not cancelled automatically: cancel it separately in Apple’s settings. Apple handles payments, restoration and refunds.
Your device and data
Lessons, bundled audio, the dictionary and documents work offline. Purchases, restoration, support email, reviews and external links require the relevant external services. There is no app account or automatic learning-progress sync.
You control your device, its lock, system backups and exported files. Save any progress you need before deleting the app or changing devices. The app cannot recover a file that neither you nor your backups retain.
Open materials and copyright
Dictionary and learning content, fonts, audio and components carry their stated licences. Paying for Pro does not remove open-content terms or transfer exclusive copyright. “Sources and licences” provides authors, sources, changes and complete licence texts. Export, copying and adaptation allowed by a relevant licence remain allowed when its requirements are followed.
Contact and mandatory rights
For app issues and errors, contact murchalasimon2000@gmail.com. Do not send payment details or your Apple password. Also use Apple’s official tools for billing and refunds. This page does not limit mandatory warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The document shows its revision date; material changes to terms must be available before they apply.
