Support email: murchalasimon2000@gmail.com. You can report an error, incorrect translation or pronunciation, suggest an improvement or ask a privacy question. Tapping opens a mail app; you decide whether to send. Sending needs a working email service and internet access. Personal data, full progress and diagnostics are not attached automatically.

How to describe an issue

Explain what you did, what you expected and what happened. For a learning-content error, include the word or letter and where you found it. If you wish, add the app version, iOS version and a screenshot with personal information hidden. Do not send passwords, card details, Apple verification codes or a full progress file unnecessarily. Response times are not guaranteed.

If pronunciation is silent

Increase media volume and check the audio route: speaker, headphones or Bluetooth. Bundled recordings do not require internet. The app shows a hint when volume is low. If the problem remains, include the particular letter or word; you do not need to record your voice.

Progress and backups

Progress is stored locally. Before deleting the app, save any backup you need in Profile → My data → Save a backup. Use “Restore from backup” to transfer it. The app does not encrypt the JSON file itself: keep it private. Support does not have a server copy of your progress.

Purchases and cancellation

If Pro did not restore, check the Apple Account used to purchase and use “Restore purchase” on the Pro screen while connected to Apple. Cancel through Apple’s subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Learning progress and purchases are restored separately.
